Leadership Team

Kimberly Sheehan joined Milestone as VP, Human Resources in April 2022. For over 30 years, Kim has had extensive career experiences in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences industries in both commercial and human resources functions. She has worked for organizations across a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas including CNS, Respiratory, Oncology, Psychiatric, and Rare Disease and has launched multiple products in all areas. As a senior leader for the greater part of her career, she has lead teams both large and small to execute on corporate deliverables and drive success.

Prior to joining Milestone, Kim most recently worked with two biotech startups, serving as VP of Human Resources at BioXcel Therapeutics and as Head, US Commercial, Human Resources at Insmed, Inc.. At both organizations, she was instrumental in building out the established infrastructure, while expanding for commercialization of innovative entities into the patient care forum.

Earlier in her career, Kim served in various human resources and commercial roles of increasing responsibility at Purdue Pharma, L.P., Sepracor, Inc., GlaxoSmithKline and Boehringer Ingelheim, Inc.

Kim received a MS in Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytech Institute and a BS from Salve Regina University.
