Leadership Team

Ms. Fox joined Milestone as Vice President of Communications in September 2023. Ms. Fox is a senior healthcare communications executive with a proven, 30-year track record leading global and US initiatives at media, pharmaceutical, and public relations companies.

Prior to Milestone, Ms. Fox served as Executive Director, Corporate Culture & Enterprise Communications at Bristol Meyers Squibb where she propelled the global people strategy to drive Company performance. Prior, Ms. Fox served as Communications Leader at Johnson & Johnson where she delivered strategic communications counsel to foster employee engagement, public trust and appreciation for the Company’s bioethical and scientific leadership. Earlier in her career, Kim served in various leadership communications roles at Everyday Health, Sanofi, Novartis and several public relations agencies, with a focus on cardiology, oncology and gastrointestinal therapeutic areas as well as corporate communications, issues management and social media.

With a passion for advancing both women’s leadership and high-quality education, Ms. Fox has served on the boards of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Summit Educational Foundation. Ms. Fox received a BA in English from University of Rochester.
