Leadership Team

Mr. Svitenko joined Milestone in March 2026. He brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in market access, reimbursement, and commercialization.

Most recently, Mr. Svitenko founded Scottsdale Health Policy Advisors, LLC, a specialized consulting practice providing strategic guidance on commercialization, reimbursement, and market access to biopharmaceutical companies. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President of Market Access at Coherus Oncology, where he led the transformation of the company’s market access function from a single-product biosimilar organization to a diversified oncology company focused on innovative, value-driven therapies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Svitenko held senior commercialization and market access leadership roles at Biosplice Therapeutics, Daiichi Sankyo, Amgen, and Abbott Laboratories. At Amgen and Abbott, he led payer launch strategies for Prolia and Humira in the United States.

Mr. Svitenko holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, a BS from San Diego State University, and graduate certificates from New York University and the University of Connecticut.
