Leadership Team

Nicole DeVirgiliis joined Milestone in January 2020 and serves as Vice President, Head of Quality Assurance. With more than 25 years of experience, Nicole’s leadership spans the development and commercialization of various dosage forms and combination products in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Prior to joining Milestone, Nicole held progressive quality leadership roles at Wedgewood Pharmacy, Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, and Chelsea Therapeutics (later Lundbeck). Throughout her career, Nicole has successfully navigated regulatory inspections, guided product launches, and championed risk-based decision-making, all while mentoring cross-functional, global teams to maintain the highest standards of quality. Nicole’s extensive background also includes expertise in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and GDPR.

Nicole graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Rowan University and earned a M.S. in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University School of Pharmacy.
