Mr. Girglani joined Milestone as Vice President of Marketing in August 2022. Prior to Milestone Pharmaceuticals, he served as the Vice President of U.S. Marketing for Autoimmune and Rare Diseases at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where he functioned as the U.S. commercial leader for Acthar Gel. In this role Mr. Girglani stabilized and revitalized Acthar Gel in face of severe reimbursement and media challenges. He also built a high-performance marketing team in multiple therapeutic, and diverse HCP specialties. Before joining Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in 2018, Mr. Girglani also held executive-level positions in marketing, new product planning, market access and sales at Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Cardinal Health Specialty, Merck/Schering-Plough, Pharmacia, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, and Roche Laboratories. He has a passion for serving patient communities, integrating patient support services, deploying innovative digital approaches and launching new products.

Mr. Girglani received a Bachelor of Commerce and Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management where he graduated in the Honors program. He later obtained an M.B.A. with a focus on Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
